The Washougal Onward Comprehensive Plan Update is a strategic, long-range initiative guiding the City of Washougal’s growth and development over the next 20 years. With a projected population nearing 25,000 by 2045, this community-driven plan ensures that future growth reflects shared values, preserves the natural environment, and enhances quality of life in the City of Washougal.
